FormFill is designed with privacy as the absolute priority. All PDF processing and Excel data merging happens entirely within your web browser. Your files, documents, and spreadsheet data are NEVER uploaded to our servers. We cannot see, read, or store your documents.
We do not require you to create an account. If you choose to upgrade to our Pro version or buy credits, our payment processor (Stripe) will collect your email address and payment details. We only store your email address and a random Device ID to manage your subscription and purchase history.
We use your browser's Local Storage to save your "Device ID" (to track your free exports and Pro status) and your PDF templates so you don't lose your work. This data stays on your device.
