By accessing and using FormFill, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
FormFill provides a browser-based tool to merge spreadsheet data into PDF templates. The service is provided "AS IS", and you are responsible for the documents you generate using our tool.
We offer both Pay-as-you-go credits and a Pro subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The "Device Limit" for subscriptions is tied to the browser/device used during purchase. You can manage your subscription via our Customer Portal using your billing email.
FormFill does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data (though your data remains local on your machine) or incorrect document generation. Always review your generated PDFs before official use.
In no event shall FormFill be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
